We want you to be fully satisfied with your Hunter purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn products in their original packaging. Please ensure all tags remain attached to qualify for a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Generate and print your prepaid return shipping label, then securely pack your boots or accessories in their original Hunter box.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the prepaid label to the outside of your parcel and drop it off at any authorized shipping carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund within 7 to 10 business days and send a confirmation email.
